Featured on Russell's Live Sunday Lunch Radio Show, here are the foodie bits from Chef Jack Matthews. We've been preparing our listeners for a Christmas Day Lunch with all of the traditional trimmings. Ready Cooked Prawns / Vegetarian Prawns
200g Mayonnaise
50g – 100g Tomato Ketchup
½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Two Drops of Tabasco
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Brandy
Juice of ½ Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Iceberg Lettuce
